Can I swap my Gen 1 for Gen 2?
Following the launch of Sky Glass, we went on to launch Entertainment OS, which has meant we’ve been able to push more than 500 updates to Sky Glass, enhancing and improving the experience for customers, as well as keeping the TV up to date.
Anyone with a first-generation Sky Glass will continue to see it updated regularly via the Sky OS platform.
We won’t be able to swap out first generation Sky Glass models for a new next generation Sky Glass. For purchasing options, please visit sky.com.
